Our commitment
FJ Canada wants everyone to be able to use our website and contact us easily, including people with disabilities. We support the goals of Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Standards we follow
We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. For example, the website:
- works with a keyboard alone, including menus, the contact form and the live chat;
- uses text colours with enough contrast, and shows a visible focus outline;
- supports screen readers with clear headings, labels and link names;
- adapts to small screens and to browser zoom up to 200%;
- turns off animation if your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
Our division websites, such as travel.fjcanada.com, are separate websites and may not yet meet the same standard. If any part of our websites is hard to use, please tell us and we will help you another way.
